Using only the freshest ingredients, our chefs entice guests with appetizers like Nonna’s Meatballs (a blend of veal, pork, and beef served in a mini Crock Pot with a zesty tomato sauce), pasta dishes like Squid Ink Linguini, and entrees like the Grilled Double-Cut Pork Chop (served with fava beans and fingerling potatoes) and the sweet potato–encrusted Chilean Sea Bass (served over a bed of spinach in shrimp bisque), all of which pair beautifully with wines from our carefully selected list.
